We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the location was unbeatable, and the service we received from the Marriott staff was exceptional. the pool facilities were fantastic, and our family enjoyed spending time there. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered great value. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially for our 2-year-old who received adorable ocean-themed soft toys. We were even given a late checkout so he could continue his nap. the housekeeper was very accommodating, and they even comped breakfast for our entire stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a well-known hotel in Monterey. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from Fisherman's Wharf. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, which felt like sleeping on a cloud. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

This place was perfectly located right in the center of the historic downtown area. I really appreciated the staff from the bar to the maids who went above-and-beyond to accommodate my daughter who is wheelchair bound. The leisure facilities including a swimming pool and Jacuzzi were great.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Monterey and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the valet parking service was convenient and efficient. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with the beds and pillows providing a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a pool and a washer/dryer on our floor which were nice amenities. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Great location in downtown, close to the wharf and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for dining and local attractions. There is also an on-site laundry which was convenient.

Good sized room with 2 queens and city view. Beautiful view of an ornate building across the street. Beds were comfortable with good quality bedding. Convenient location near downtown shops, restaurants, and bike trails. Friendly front desk staff.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it's nearby the waterfront and all of Monterey's sites. Plus, everything around the hotel is in walking distance. The area is bustling and lively, and there are many great options for food and drinks nearby. Additionally, customers who don't want to pay for wifi can easily connect to it at any of the local restaurants nearby.

Although the hotel's facilities were decent overall, there were a few pillows in the rooms that were a bit uncomfortable for some customers.

The value for money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Fisherman's Wharf and other attractions, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The customer service, especially from Emily on the reception desk, was outstanding. She took care of all our needs and made sure our vacation was truly amazing!
