We recently stayed at this gem of a motel for a quick beach getaway. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The newly upgraded rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with an ocean view. We appreciated the convenience of the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The availability of beach toys and supplies was a nice bonus.

Beautiful location near Moonlight Beach and downtown Encinitas. Lovely views. Super clean room, sheets, and amenities. Kindly upgraded to a deluxe room for my birthday. Mini refrigerator and coffee machine in room. Definitely recommend.

Had a great Xmas stay with beautiful views and a perfect location just a block from the beach. the motel's elevated position offered stunning ocean views and caught cool breezes. the renovated rooms were clean, spacious, and well-stocked with a kitchenette. the friendly and responsive staff ensured a comfortable stay.

No pool or in-room phone, but the proximity to the beach made up for it. Limited amenities like no breakfast or beach towels, but we brought our own.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel just steps away from Moonlight Beach. The location was perfect for meeting up with our friends and exploring North County. Fabulous location near the beach, short walk to main street Encinitas with outdoor eating and small shops. Excellent boutique grocery nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Spotless room with well-stocked towels. Friendly and welcoming owner, went above and beyond for a special occasion. Amazing view of the ocean. Convenient coffee shop nearby. Super comfortable bed and pillows.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to Moonlight Beach and the charming shops and cafes on N Coast Hwy 101. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
