My recent stay at Mosaic Hotel was a delightful experience. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the attractions Beverly Hills has to offer. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The staff members I encountered were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as limited amenities and the bar not being open during certain hours, I still had a great stay. I highly recommend Mosaic Hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable visit.

Located in a charming neighborhood near the center of Pleven, this venue offers a convenient and comfortable stay. The staff provided exceptional service and attended to my needs promptly and in a friendly manner. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the on-site dining options, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and a bar/lounge area perfect for relaxing. The hotel's leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa center, provided a great way to unwind after a long day.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury stay.

Had an awesome new year stay! Loved the complimentary champagne and snacks. the location was perfect, everything was walking distance. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel needs to work on providing more amenities as we had to wait too long for an international adapter. Plus, there were too few staff members to provide proper valet parking service.

We had a romantic and private getaway in a hotel located just blocks away from the vibrant Beverly Hills scene. The hotel's welcoming ambiance and excellent staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable, featuring modern decor and a beautiful pool area with a fire pit. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the bustling shopping and dining areas of Beverly Hills. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and were impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail.

Although the hotel provided outstanding service, we would have loved to have a complimentary breakfast included with our stay.

The central location of the hotel was a major bonus, as we were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with any questions or concerns. We enjoyed the convenience of having a pool and a restaurant/bar area within the hotel premises.

The cost of staying at the hotel was quite high, especially when considering the additional charges for parking and a daily convenience tax. Upon arrival, our room had an unpleasant smell, although the staff promptly moved us to a different room.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for us, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were really friendly and always went out of their way to help us. We were impressed by the quality of the room service and dry cleaning, and we even took advantage of the bicycle hire. The garden furniture was a nice touch, and we really enjoyed soaking in the bathtub with the free toiletries provided.

We would definitely recommend this place to families.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which affected some of the amenities, such as the pool. However, the newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. the location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met during our stay.

Due to the ongoing renovations, the hotel lacked certain facilities, such as a functioning pool. the construction work also caused some inconveniences and a slight unpleasant smell in certain areas of the hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely cosy hotel in a very convenient location. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely comfortable and the staff made me feel most welcome. The hotel had everything I needed and the food and amenities were great. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling alone.
