As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautifully updated rooms and the great price. The staff at the hotel was amazing and accommodating, even when they were sold out of rooms due to a snowstorm shutting down the highway. The fact that they went out of their way to find a place for everyone showed their dedication to customer service. The new sink and faucet, spacious fridge, and TV with HDMI inputs were all appreciated amenities that added value to our stay. Despite being near a truck stop and interstate, noise was not an issue, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The adjoining rooms were a bonus for us to stay close to our family.

Although the amenities were sufficient, we did have to ask for additional shampoo and a hair dryer at the front desk. Moreover, there was no bell or easy way to call for assistance when the staff was not at the front desk.

Lastly, one advantage that I enjoyed was the free and reliable Wi, Fi available throughout the hotel.

There were a few negative aspects that I must mention about my stay. the cleanliness of the room was lacking.
