the room stank like stale mould and had hair in the shower, how lovely. i also requested a complimentary upgrade due to these issues but clearly, they don’t treat me like royalty here. breakfast was about as exciting as cardboard, but i almost gave a good review—just couldn’t find it in me.

The location was great, making it easy to explore various attractions nearby, like the Niagara Falls Discovery Center, which is a short drive away. I appreciated having a washer and dryer available to wash my clothes, which was a practical feature during my transit stay. The room was decent overall, though I did find the cleanliness could have been better. The breakfast offered a fair selection, which was a nice way to start the day.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which I appreciated. I did hear some traffic noise at night, though, which might bother light sleepers.

I had a decent one-night stay. The location's a plus, with quick access to shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable, though the bed felt like a full double rather than a queen. Breakfast options were limited but satisfactory for a quick start. Free parking is a nice touch too. Worth it for a short visit.

However, the area needed some attention. While our room looked okay, we encountered some odd smells which detracted from our experience. The access to the fitness center was cumbersome as the key card didn’t work and required assistance to get in.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the exercise gym. The staff helped me with a wake-up call on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I am coming back for a city break!

The Queen Room was cozy and clean, which is really what I was hoping for. The beds were super comfortable, and for a family stay, it was nice to have enough space. Got a bit nervous at first about not having enough room, but it worked out fine. Clean towels and a good shower made things super easy. Also, the breakfast setup with the waffle maker was a fun surprise!
