The staff was accommodating when I needed assistance.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by significant cleanliness issues. The bathroom had a loud ventilation system and the toilet seat was unexpectedly filthy, which was disgusting. Additionally, other guests were quite disruptive, constantly slamming doors and making it hard to rest, which ultimately led me to shorten my stay.

I had a good time during my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location made it easy for me to explore the nearby sights, especially the National Park. I found the pool to be clean and inviting. One morning, I enjoyed a great cup of coffee served at the office. Being a single traveler, I appreciate good hospitality, and I definitely felt welcomed here.

Request a room away from the main entrance for added quiet during your stay. the back rooms are more secluded and comfortable.

My overall experience was impacted negatively by several factors. The most annoying issue was the lack of cleaning services during our three-night stay, which forced us to fetch our own towels. I felt frustrated and uncomfortable throughout our visit, which was not a pleasant way to spend time in Twentynine Palms.

where do I begin? the room I got smelled awful, like an ex-smoker had partied hard. I can't believe I expected at least a complimentary coffee stirrer, given the absolute mess in the common areas. my upgrade was obviously overlooked—after all, isn’t that what I deserve? this place is a classic example of 'you get what you pay for'—sadly so!

this place was a disaster! dirty pillows with hair, and there was no towel? shocking! i almost left a good review, until they didn't offer an upgrade for my 'special' stay. also, the noise from the hall was terrible, i could hear every single slam of doors. motels should know to cater to elite guests like me!

Staying here was an adventure! The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, while the clean facilities kept my spirits high. My room boasted modern updates, including tile floors and comfortable beds. I enjoyed quiet nights, undisturbed by the outside world. Remember, keep expectations in check—great value for the price!

Location is superb for exploring Joshua Tree National Park! The shower had excellent water pressure, and the staff were accommodating when I needed to extend my stay.

The room I was given reeked of smoke, and the cleanliness was disappointing, with dirt in the corners. Wi-Fi access was very limited in my area!

Only bummer was the bed wasn’t the comfiest I’ve had, felt a bit saggy like an eina mattress.

Had a great time with friends during our stay! We visited the 29 Palms Historical Society and checked out the Smith's Ranch Drive-In Theater. The staff was super friendly, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi. The room was comfortable for all of us, and we managed to enjoy our trip. Definitely recommend it for a group getaway!
