The bathroom looked brand new with beautiful thick towels and nice soap. The hotel facilities were great, and we felt very safe during our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrived late at night. The breakfast was delicious, with options like make-your-own Belgium waffles. The hotel's location was convenient, close to attractions in the area and the theater in this city.

The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful when my son locked my keys in my SUV and offered support during a difficult time in my personal life. The location was perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and National Forest Scenic Byway. The room was spacious and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was back, with a variety of prepackaged options and fresh fruit. Highly recommended!

My purpose for travel was a 5:30am appointment at Advent Hospital, and the staff accommodated my early check-in by moving me to a first-floor room. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was conveniently close to the interstate but still felt secluded. The comfortable bed, amazing shower, and thick towels were a treat. The queen deluxe room provided extra space for my kids, and the king suite was lovely with a cozy sitting area. a refreshing change from large chain motels.

I recently stayed at Mountain Inn & Suites for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the excellent pillows and the fact that the refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioner were all in perfect condition. The hotel even had a handicap hold bar in the shower, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were impressive, and the owners clearly take pride in the property. The convenient location near I-26 exits was another plus.
