The cabin was spacious with exceptional views, perfect for backpackers. The full kitchen and included amenities allowed us to grill out and enjoy the space. The location served as a middle point between the east entrance of Yellowstone and the town of Cody, Wyoming.

We even got snowed in, which turned out to be a blessing as we had a blast playing games and sipping hot chocolate inside. The cabin's view from the living/dining area was simply breathtaking. a fantastic experience that we would definitely repeat.

I had an incredible stay at the Mountain Man Cabin. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with 360-degree views of the stunning surrounding area. The abundance of wildlife was a major highlight, as I saw amazing animals every day. The cabin itself was charming and spotlessly clean. I loved being able to relax in the living/dining area with its fantastic view, and even had the opportunity to use binoculars to get an up-close look at the wildlife. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated the fact that I got snowed in during my stay, as it provided the perfect opportunity to stay indoors, play games, and enjoy hot chocolate. Additionally, the nearby museum in Cody was a great visit, and the food at the Irma Hotel was excellent. Lastly, there were some wonderful Yellowstone souvenirs available at affordable prices on the downtown strip.
