We had a fantastic stay at this Mountain Retreat Resort. The two-bedroom apartment was comfortable and the fully stocked kitchen was a great convenience. The location in the mountains was beautiful, providing a quiet and private atmosphere. The amenities, including the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and theater room. The staff at the resort were very accommodating and friendly. We also appreciated the availability of WiFi and the proximity to a grocery store.

Huge and comfortable room with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Private location surrounded by tall trees and a mountain creek nearby. Pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Abundant clean towels and free WiFi provided.

The resort doesn't feel luxurious and the decor appears tired. the bed was too bouncy and the pillows were odd.

The setting of the resort was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful trees and close to a state park with magnificent views. the resort itself was very clean and spacious, with well-appointed rooms that had everything we needed. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.

During our stay, there were some issues with the power outage due to the snowstorm. the resort did not seem well prepared for this, as our room had no power when we arrived and it was quite cold.

We stayed at the Mountain Retreat Resort for a weekend getaway with the family. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help us find activities for the kids and even fixed our TV before we had a chance to report it. Our recent stay at Mountain Retreat Resort was amazing! The townhome we stayed in was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a patio. It even had a balcony off the master bedroom, although we didn't get to enjoy it due to the weather. The full kitchen and washer/dryer were a bonus. The privacy and surrounding natural beauty of the mountain creek and tall trees made our stay even more special. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the assigned parking. The abundance of clean white towels and free wifi were also great perks.

Although there were a few minor downsides, such as the lack of a luxurious feel and the tired-looking decor, the overall comfort and functionality of the room made up for it. The bed was a bit too bouncy for my liking, but swapping out the pillows in the shams improved my sleep.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even going as far as checking our TV before we even reported it not working. The extra amenities, such as the game room, library, and indoor pool, were a great bonus. The staff made us feel like family, and the small touches like the towel teddy bears on the beds were lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything this resort has to offer.
