The value for our money was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was just right, away from the tourist area but still easily accessible, and the staff treated us well.

We stayed at this resort for a weekend getaway to the Sportsplex. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to both the Sportsplex and the attractions of Gatlinburg. The cabin we stayed in, the cozy Sugar House, was immaculate and had a beautiful setting. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of hiking in the nearby national park. Even our dogs seemed to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. a great place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.

They assisted us in finding alternative accommodations when we realized we had booked the wrong dates. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a place to stay, even securing a pet-friendly cabin for us. Additionally, they provided us with a discount card for the local grocery store, saving us money. Despite the issues with the cabin, the customer service was commendable.

The condition of the cabin was a disappointment. There were leaks in the ceilings, broken furniture, and even mold in some areas.

The cabin had two balcony decks, one in the forest and one with a hot tub. There were two full bathrooms and a fireplace. The kitchen had a dishwasher. The cabin had a bear theme and hoot owl accents.

Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and nice, always ready to assist with any concerns or questions we had.
