We had a nice stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly, room setup in the corner room was great, comped drinks were delicious, and filtered water stations were convenient throughout. Cleanliness and quietness were top-notch, and fitness center had all the basics we needed. Location was perfect for our short stay. Cons: Loved every thing.

Moxy offers a lovely property with a fun, quirky vibe. the room was excellent, featuring a unique U-shape layout with plenty of sunlight and a spectacular view. the bed was incredibly comfortable, like a just-right-firm cloud. the bathroom was fabulous, and the lobby is well-appointed with games, snacks, and a convenient self-help closet for extra items.

Price discrepancy - $600 charged instead of $478. No satisfactory response from hotel.

Great location in the heart of the city, very clean and modern decor. the food and drinks were top-notch and added a nice touch to the stay.

The experience was far from pleasant. the room was cramped with bunk beds, no coffee or tea available, and loud music coming through the walls.

Attended a nearby seminar and stayed at Moxy for easy access. Friendly staff, large shower in the bathroom, and a "take your own" closet with extras. A huge TV in the room and a free drink at the bar were nice bonuses. Convenient location for the Richmond Half Marathon.

I do recommend this hotel.
