I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location is perfect - it's in the quiet Capitol Hill district, but still close to great restaurants on Broadway and plenty of street parking. The hotel is also great as far as taking public transportation is concerned. Secondly, the rooms are spacious, well decorated, and have basic amenities. I also appreciated that the rooms are on the second floor and separated in a way that you can't hear your neighbors. Lastly, the breakfast had a good selection of options, with your choice of eggs or yogurt items made fresh in the morning.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a bar on the main floor, a pool area with a bar, and a rooftop pool with incredible ocean views. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with clean and bright rooms. The staff were attentive and polite, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel provided beach towels and a reserved section on the beach with free beach chairs, which was a great perk. The breakfast served by the morning team was delicious. we were very impressed with the location, cleanliness, facilities, and the friendly staff.

She even sorted out a transportation crisis for me when I couldn't find a rental car. The guest house itself was clean, charming, and beautifully decorated. For my New Year stay, I was impressed with the free champagne and chocolates received upon arrival. the hotel is located near a park and has easy access to public transportation. the breakfast was decent and the hot coffee was good.

The room was cramped and had no soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep at night. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft.

The host was friendly and provided helpful suggestions about the area. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The TV had some issues, but it didn't bother us much as we were out exploring most of the time. the bathroom in our room was a bit small, but manageable.
