I was quite disappointed with the small room size, which felt cramped. It seemed like the hotel had prioritized profit over guest experience, as almost everything was priced. Additionally, the valet service left my car dirty, which was disheartening considering the parking fee I paid. The lack of complimentary beverages, like water, also added to my dissatisfaction during my stay.

Spent 10 nights here and loved the evening downservice, which made us feel really cared for. The amazing food at the restaurant was a daily treat. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind with incredible views while the spa offered relaxing massages to melt the stress away. Just a small note—the shower pressure could’ve been better, but overall, I’d totally recommend this place for a chill getaway! 🌅

Perfect for a family getaway

We had a fantastic experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly, I mean, they treated us like we were part of the family! ! Plus, the rooftop restaurant had this amazing view of the bay that made our dinner feel like a celebration every night. It was just us, the views, and the great food!

Staying in the Superior King Room was a treat! The decor was beautiful with personalized touches that made it feel special. The space was big, super clean, and had a huge balcony. The views from the room were stunning, especially over Coconut Grove. Plus, the evening downservice was a nice touch—they checked in on us to see if we needed anything. All in all, it was super comfy and made for a relaxing stay!
