I cannot believe how chaotic my check-in experience was. The staff kept insisting it was our fault for not pre-paying, which felt like a poor excuse and was incredibly frustrating, especially when we were already late for an event.

Rooms were lekker clean and well-stocked. That big fridge and recliner were a nice touch! Chommies at the front desk were super friendly, and I saw them keeping the place tidy, which I appreciate.

Only downside was the door next to my room was a bit noisy when slamming shut.
