My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the staff at the service desk was amazing and always ready to help. the location is great with easy access to the beach and many restaurants nearby. the beach was clean and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing day. the pool area was kid-friendly and the kiddy pool was fenced in, ensuring safety for little ones. the AC was ice cold, and the shower water pressure was great, making for a comfortable stay. the hotel offers a variety of amenities, such as a restaurant, bar, and a nice kitchen.

While my overall experience was positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. the cleanliness of the hotel could be better, especially in the hallways, stairs, and elevators.

The spacious accommodations have their own telephone number, making me feel right at home. the oceanfront cabana bar and grill provided a fun and entertaining atmosphere during the summer months.

The resort's management was extremely rude during my check-in experience, which left a negative impression from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Plus, the ample parking, free of charge, was a bonus. The relaxation amenities like the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi were great for unwinding, while the beach access and nearby landmarks like Barc Parc South and Fun Warehouse made for enjoyable family bonding experiences.

Beautiful balconies, lots of pools, spas, and a water park with lazy river to keep the kids entertained. Also, great locations for tennis and basketball enthusiasts. Free internet!

Elevators took forever, but who needs them when you have 33 peaceful acres and a majestic gated entrance? So inconvenient!

The staff found my lost ID card, showing kindness. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, parking, security, pools, beach access. Always coming back for Christmas. It's my top spot, no regrets at all.

We hit up the Sun Fun Festival and the Bike Weeks events nearby, which were lit! The outdoor pools, hot tub, and clubhouse with an indoor/outdoor pool were perfect for chillin' and the 375 ft lazy river was the hypest thing ever!

Yo, the only thing I'd ask for is a better late-night scene for young party-goers.

I couldn't believe the value for the money at this resort! The room was clean, spacious, and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The staff were friendly, informative, and really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The location is perfect, right along the beach in the towers on Surfside beach. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are just what you need for a beach vacation. The rooms with 2 queen beds and a girls bunk bed are perfect for families with children. Plus, the updated bathroom is a nice touch.

The Resort was exceptional, with comfortable and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the beach, lazy river, and pools without having to leave the property. There were plenty of food options both on the Resort and within walking distance. the amusement park and boardwalk on the beach were a short 15-minute drive away. We found North Myrtle beach to be a cleaner and more family-friendly option, and we had a great time. there were Walmart and grocery stores nearby for any necessities we needed. the room was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, and pans when we arrived. We also appreciated the dialysis center being so close and having excellent facilities and staff for our family member's treatments.
