The rooms were comfortable and the beds were cozy, providing a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the friendly and professional staff who made my stay enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the bathroom lighting was poor, making it difficult to see properly.

Conveniently located off I 95 with good parking. Take out restaurant and Starbucks on the property. The room seemed very clean. The elevator was always empty. Staff quite nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The lobby was absolutely stunning with its high ceilings and beautiful marbled flooring. It immediately gave off an elegant and luxurious vibe. The Octagon restaurant exceeded my expectations, not only for the delicious food but also for the exceptional service. Mariah, in particular, went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday celebration extra special. She provided excellent customer service, frequently checking on us and ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience. The staff, including our server, were friendly and helpful throughout. Thanks to them, my husband's birthday was truly memorable.

The newly renovated room was impressive and the bed was comfortable. Despite the ongoing construction, the room was clean and updated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a great home base for exploring the area.

We loved the delicious food at the Octagon restaurant and the exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate my husband's birthday, with Mariah providing exceptional customer service. The room and hotel were clean, with a giant flat screen, great king size bed, and comfortable Barka Lounger. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the hot tub and pool were nice and clean.

Our room was spacious and clean with a good view. Although check-in was delayed, the staff was apologetic and accommodating. we had a pleasant stay at the Marriott.

Room was not clean and had a strange smell, even though I requested daily cleaning. Dirty towels were left on the floor, and the bed had stains on the sheets.

My stay at the hotel was great. It is located in close proximity to Mystic activities and the casino. The lobby is spacious and modern. The room was clean with laminate floors that I prefer over carpets. The bathroom was good and had plenty of plugs and charger ports. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with an omelet/egg station. Also, the pool was nice, spacious and not crowded.

There was no wow factor to the hotel.

The rooms were clean and large. The bar at night was nice, friendly bartender. Great location within 15 minutes to casinos. Very clean rooms and common areas. Brilliant move by turning up the heat in the entire inground pool to compensate for the broken hot tub. They went the extra mile to not disappoint guests. Enjoyed swimming in the warm water.

The staff was terrific, the beds were super comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located. The property was well-maintained and had a 24-hour convenience shop. The restaurant served excellent food, and there was even a Starbucks on-site.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we did during our stay. We were just a short distance away from the Mystic center, and also conveniently located near the casino and the local golf course at Shennecosset. The room itself was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we could need, including a separate tub and shower, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff, including the manager, were extremely pleasant and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We checked in four hours before official check-in time and found our room clean, comfortable and with lovely linens. The lobby and bar area offered a cool and welcoming environment. Plus, we appreciated the little touches like free coffee in the morning and hot cocoa in the afternoon.

We enjoyed our stay here! Although the hot tub was temporarily out of order, the hotel was quick to come up with a solution by heating up the pool.
