I gotta say, I got great value for my money at Nalu Kai Lodge. The room was clean, cozy, and the beds were really comfortable. The location couldn't have been better - right by Paia Bay coffee and bar, amazing restaurants, and the beach. And the staff? Super helpful and friendly.

The only thing that could've made the morning meal better was having more variety.

Super comfortable bedding, cool shower, clean and relaxing lodge. Peaceful and quiet despite being in a noisy location on the main street. Multiple seating/lounging spots in the courtyard. Roof deck with ocean view.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Cool and cozy rooms with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. the rooms are clean and well-prepared, with all the necessary information available on a welcome board. the rooftop and garden areas are great, providing a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the location of the hotel is ideal, within walking distance to downtown Paia and the beaches.

Limited and tight parking spaces can be a challenge, especially if other guests don't park properly. It would be better if there were more parking spaces available to accommodate all guests.

We stayed at Nalu Kai Lodge for our Road to Hana trip and fell in love with Paia. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the North Shore. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, with spacious beds and lovely linens. The coffee shop next door was a delightful bonus, serving delicious coffee, Acai bowls, and banana bread for breakfast, and cocktails in the evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the short walk to the nearby beach. We'll definitely be back!

Convenient location in the heart of Paia town. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Authentic Hawaiian vibe throughout the lodge. Close proximity to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Neat little refrigerator in the room. Lovely grassy garden area. Easy access to road to Hana and Haleakala. No need for air-conditioning, ventilator provided enough comfort

Nothing for me.

My room at Nalu Kai Lodge Paia had a cute beachy vibe and the location was perfect for exploring the town and walking to the beach. The common outdoor area was also a great place to relax. The staff quickly responded when I called about some cockroaches in my room and took care of the issue. I had a pleasant stay.

I stayed at Nalu Kai Lodge Paia for a couple of days and it was the perfect place to experience the town of Paia and our road trip to Hana. The location is excellent, right in the middle of Paia, next to all the restaurants and bars. It's also just a 3-minute walk to the Paia bay beach. The lodge provides all the amenities needed, including a washer/drier, cooking tools, and a fridge in the room. The staff is very nice and I strongly recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff we spoke to were really helpful, and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop and garden with BBQ and bar, were great for relaxing and enjoying the laid-back atmosphere of this city. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the excellent location, which allowed us to easily walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and a beautiful beach where we even spotted turtles swimming.

The value for the money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. The location in downtown Paia was perfect for exploring and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Despite its small size, the rooms are clean and cute, offering a cozy space to unwind after a long day of adventure.

The lack of soundproofing in the lodge can be quite disruptive for guests, especially those staying on the ground floor.
