I loved the professional and helpful staff, good breakfast, excellent WiFi service, and the comfortable lobby. The concept of the hotel was also very cool and provided the perfect oasis from the hustle and bustle of NYC.

The staff at this place were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Plus, the pod itself was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and a cozy atmosphere.

The noise level inside the pods was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. , some of the amenities like the lamp and phone charger were not functioning properly.

Despite some minor inconveniences like the lack of ironing facilities and the need to pay extra for showers, the cleanliness of the facilities and the cozy atmosphere made up for it. Great experience given how new the operation is. Convenient and price friendly for lodging. I appreciated the bag service for the fee, which makes it easy to move around. Lobby downstairs makes check-in, running errands, etc easy.

They need more lockers near the pod so that there is a better transition between sleeping and running errands. They need more blankets and a comforter since the space is somewhat chilly.

Awesome start to the new year! Two complimentary breakfasts and drinks were amazing. the location could not have been better. Right in the heart of the city, we were able to easily venture out and see all the sights we wanted. the best part was the cozy feeling in the pod. It was like a little cocoon and I slept so well, definitely one of the highlights of the trip!

Only downside was the lack of storage space near the pod. It was a bit of a hassle having to gather all our belongings and take them with us every time we left the pod.

The location of this hotel is excellent, situated in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. It is close to everything you need, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are well-constructed and provide sound sleep, with the option to use noise-canceling headphones for extra tranquility. The common spaces are clean and well-maintained, offering washrooms, showers, lockers, and even free tea and infused water for guests to enjoy.

One downside is that the hotel is not completely soundproof, as there is a constant buzzing noise from the air conditioning or other equipment. This may be bothersome for sensitive sleepers, although the hotel does provide earplugs to help mitigate the noise.

The location is great, only a few blocks from Penn Station. The pods are clean, well-designed, and have good lighting and chargers. The mattress is comfy and there's enough space to stretch out or curl up. The common spaces, like the washrooms and lobby, are excellent. They offer a room with cubbies for shoes and lockers if needed. Check-in is easy and they provide a little vibrating buzzer to let you know when your stay is over. it's an ideal choice for a short NYC trip.
