We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The surroundings were very nice, with a train and beautiful restaurant decoration. The terrace in our room was a lovely addition. The front desk employees were all very kind and helpful. We were impressed with the hotel's commitment to the environment, especially in relation to the pool and the care they took with water due to recent California fires. The staff was prompt and efficient in resolving any issues, including a TV problem. The location of the hotel was convenient to the park, making it easy for us to explore. Additionally, the breakfast and dining room were spectacular and cozy, and we appreciated the use of ceramic mugs and plates instead of plastic ones.

The location of this rustic lodge in the mountains is just outside the park, nestled in a beautiful forest surrounding. The room was cozy with all the basics needed and the bathroom was clean, but rather dated. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast was modest. Although, the lobby store was quite convenient and the porch outside our room was perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the mountain backdrop.

The music played at the lodge was a bit obnoxious and didn't fit the peaceful atmosphere.
