The location of this hotel was fantastic, with most midtown attractions within easy walking distance. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the daily food/beverage credit and tourist attraction vouchers offered by the hotel.

I was disappointed that as a rewards member, the destination fee was not waived. Additionally, the rooms were quite small and the furnishings were well-worn.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in midtown and had an amazing experience! the location is absolutely perfect, with everything in the area easily accessible. The hotel had a lovely art deco feel to it, which added to its charm. The rooms were clean, tidy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and the bar staff even knew my name! this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Our stay at the Marriott East Side was overall a pleasant experience. The location was great, within walking distance to popular attractions like Times Square and Rockefeller Center. The staff, particularly Paulina Brito at check-in, provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice blend of old New York charm and modern touches. The M lounge on the second floor offered a good selection of drinks, appetizers, and breakfast. Despite being located near the elevator, the room was surprisingly quiet. Although the views from our room were not the best, it is possible that other rooms have better views. I would recommend this hotel for its location, helpful staff, and comfortable accommodations.
