I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, with spotless and bright bathrooms. The towels and bed linens were of very nice quality. The hotel facilities were great, with a wonderful hot tub and rooftop deck. The location was lovely, with a peaceful atmosphere and a nice view of the sea. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of the famous cliff walk and just a few minutes' drive or trolley ride from the beach area in Middletown. The staff was caring and went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

Spacious, tastefully decorated rooms. Incredibly comfortable beds and clean, bright bathrooms. Suites offer all the comforts of home. Caring staff went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in for our wedding. Can't wait to return next summer.

The pillows were a bit lumpy, and the noise from the nearby road could be heard through the windows. the pool was crowded and too small for the amount of people, which made it less enjoyable.

The location, right across the beach, was excellent, especially for families. The indoor pool and rooftop Jacuzzi were great amenities. Restaurants and convenience stores were conveniently located nearby. The price was also very reasonable considering the cost of accommodations in Newport.
