We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The hotel facilities, including the pool and fire pits, were relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Fashion Island and Jamboree Road. We also appreciated the included breakfast and the easy access to parking.

I had a wonderful experience at Marriott Bayview in Newport Beach. The location near John Wayne Airport was extremely convenient for my business trip. The staff provided excellent service and the large suite rooms were perfect for relaxation. The food was delicious and the ambience was quaint. I highly recommend this hotel.

One drawback was that the view advertised of natural waters might not be real for every visit. Another drawback was that the furnishings were outdated and the room was small for a King Suite.

The bathroom was well-equipped and the refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is conveniently close to the highway and airport. The staff here were amazing, providing excellent service from the restaurant to housecleaning. The room and view of the bay were beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. The layout of the hotel was great, and there were plenty of amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center. This place also offers beach access and a spa center. I had a great time here thanks to the superb service and fantastic facilities.

This place has carpet, which I find unsanitary. However, I would still recommend it to my friends because of its excellent location and quality services.

The fitness center was well-equipped and refreshing cold eucalyptus cloths were available. Nice bedroom/family suite and fluffy pillows made it comfortable. Affordable bike rental available.

Mallory, the evening manager, provided amazing service. The motor-assisted bikes were fun and a great way to explore the bay. The back bay view from our room was stunning. I recommend this hotel.

As adults, we absolutely loved the spacious and comfortable rooms at the Newport Beach Marriott Bayview. The shower was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated their flexibility with our early check-in, and they were very attentive to our little boy. Plus, the hotel was very clean, which is always a bonus.
