The hotel is conveniently located right on the ocean, with a great beach just steps away. Even in winter, the beach is ready for walkers to enjoy. The rooms in the new building are exceptional, with features like a gas fireplace and a luxurious bath shower area. Some rooms also offer stunning views of the tidal river. the location and room amenities make for a truly enjoyable stay.

Some guests have reported issues with the cleanliness of the rooms and the attitude of the staff, which could be improved.

I recently stayed at a beachfront resort in a perfect location. With the tidal river on one side and the ocean on the other, the views were breathtaking. I loved the convenience of having two restaurants on-site, including one right by the ocean. Just across the street, there was public beach parking available for visitors. It was also great to have downtown, with its variety of restaurants and boutiques, just a short 3-minute walk away. The resort has undergone a complete renovation, and the Tidal Suites I stayed in were impeccable. With a spacious living room, a large shower, and comfortable amenities like a fridge and microwave, it was a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, from the king bed to the all-tile floors. I would rate my experience a solid 10/10.

The room was clean upon arrival and had a great view of the beach and ocean. It was also nice to have a big TV in the room for some downtime. the location was perfect, right on the beach, and there were plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants to explore.

The property itself was quite dated and run down, and the shared patios offered no privacy. It was also disappointing that we had to pay $20 a day in cash for a beach umbrella and set it up ourselves.

The room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and cleanliness. The queen size beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the tiled shower. Having two sinks outside the shower area was a convenient touch. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to the nearby shopping area, which was a nice perk.

We had an incredible stay at a beachfront resort in Ogunquit. The location was absolutely amazing, right on the beach, with breathtaking views of the sunrise. The layout of the rooms was perfect, especially the walk-in showers. We loved that there was a restaurant on-site called Splash on the beach, which served delicious breakfast and dinner options. And to top it off, the 2 King rooms in the Beach Street building even had a massage chair in the room! We didn't have to leave the beach at all, everything we needed was right there. It was a truly memorable experience.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The showers didn't get as cold as we would have liked, which would have been refreshing after spending time in the sun.

We also received unexpected coupons for free breakfast on two mornings, which was a delightful surprise. If you're looking for a convenient location right on the beach, this resort is perfect.

I recently stayed at the Norseman Resort and had a fantastic experience. My purpose of travel was to relax and enjoy a beach getaway, and this hotel was perfect for that. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from the beach. I loved the serene and peaceful atmosphere on the back deck of my room, overlooking the river. The newly remodeled bathroom was a great touch, and the room itself was spacious and clean. The staff at Norseman were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Additionally, all the amenities I needed, including restaurants and stores, were within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the ocean and quiet during our off-season visit. We loved taking long walks on the amazing beach and watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. the newly decorated room was a delight, with a cozy fireplace, large shower, and comfortable beds. the amenities provided were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. Being close to town was a bonus, making it convenient to explore the area.

That the decks outside the rooms were not private, which meant anyone from a neighboring room could easily peek inside. the initial room I was assigned had a connecting room that was occupied by a noisy family, but the front desk staff were helpful in switching me to a quieter room.

The view from our room was incredible, with a direct view of the beach and the soothing sounds of the ocean. the room itself was well, decorated and had a comfortable king, size bed and cozy seating area. It was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the town center and had easy access to Marginal Way, offering beautiful scenic walks.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the check, out time was too early and felt rushed.
