Great location, just a short drive to downtown Charleston. the hotel is modern and clean, with newly updated rooms that are pleasant and comfortable. the beds and pillows were particularly impressive, providing a restful night's sleep. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. the amenities, including the M Club Lounge, were top-notch, offering a convenient place to relax and enjoy some refreshments. a great experience.

There were a few downsides to the stay. the AC in the room was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me because it wasn't far from the airport and right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great places to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling.

As youngsters, we loved the modern and amazing hotel interior, especially in the lobby and communal areas. The staff was really helpful and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated having plenty of plug socks and the super comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the airport and Tanger Outlet, with lots of restaurant options nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was perfect, not far from the airport and by the highway. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The rooms were clean, and I loved the attention to detail like the “free” drink in my tub with decaf coffee on the second level. The breakfast offered was also a great touch. it was great value for money.

Spent xmas at a hotel in Charleston and they had a decent breakfast and cookies in the lobby every day. the hotel was also located close to some great restaurants and shops which was convenient. the gym was also a big plus, had great equipment.

Called and asked for it to be cleaned but nothing changed. the staff seemed disinterested in helping and just gave the impression that they did not care.
