Great location, just a short drive to downtown Charleston. The hotel is modern and clean, with newly updated rooms that are pleasant and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me because it wasn't far from the airport and right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even offered me a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great places to relax and unwind after a long day of traveling.

As youngsters, we loved the modern and amazing hotel interior, especially in the lobby and communal areas. The staff was really helpful and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated having plenty of plug socks and the super comfortable bed. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the airport and Tanger Outlet, with lots of restaurant options nearby.

The rooms were clean, and I loved the attention to detail like the “free” drink in my tub with decaf coffee on the second level. Spent xmas at a hotel in Charleston and they had a decent breakfast and cookies in the lobby every day. The hotel was also located close to some great restaurants and shops which was convenient. The gym was also a big plus, had great equipment.

The shower in the room had mold and the room was not properly cleaned during our stay. Called and asked for it to be cleaned but nothing changed.
