As experienced business travelers, we were impressed with the North Conway Grand Hotel's extensive amenities. The spacious rooms were well-equipped with modern conveniences such as an iPhone docking station, mini fridge, microwave, and a DVD player. The decor throughout the hotel was tastefully done, creating a pleasant ambiance. The property also offered a range of recreational amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and an inviting outdoor fire pit. The friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. We will definitely consider returning to this amazing hotel.

It was all superb.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the shopping center and so close to the main attractions in the area. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pools, both indoor and outdoor. It was great to have a separate children's area in the pool for my small child. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Our stay at the Grand was exceptional! We felt like we got great value for our money - the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect with the outlets within walking distance. The staff, especially Aubry, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast delights could have been better with more options for kids.

The hotel was in a good location next to an outlet mall and a movie theater. It was also easy to explore anywhere in the surrounding area. The room had a fridge and microwave, which was handy for heating up food. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food.

The hotel was crowded with kids, making it tough to relax by the small pool.

The hotel is in a great location right beside the Settlers Green Outlets, which is perfect for shopping. The rooms are very comfortable with DVD players and some even have a jacuzzi bath.

We loved the outdoor hot tub and fire pit, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evening. The location was great, and the lobby and grounds were beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were delighted to be upgraded to a room with a two person hot tub. The room itself was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and tasteful decorations. The hotel's location in North Conway was perfect for exploring the area, and the nearby outlet complex was an added convenience. We also appreciated the hotel's policy of no noise after 10:00 PM, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. we had a fantastic anniversary weekend and will definitely stay at the Grand again!

Rooms were comfortable with great heating and luxurious bedding. Pools, both indoor and outdoor, were a highlight and staff was helpful with tourist inquiries. Free coffee with flavored syrups and milk was a nice touch. a lovely stay.
