The overall facility was beautiful and well-maintained. The pool was wonderful and conveniently located near our unit. The location of the building was great, with easy access to Cologne Plaza and within walking distance to shops, dining, and the beach. The condo we stayed in was incredibly clean and well-stocked, including beach chairs and toys.

The location was fantastic! I loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It made exploring the area so convenient. Plus, the balcony was a great feature. I really enjoyed sitting out there and relaxing, especially since it faced the more residential side instead of the busy businesses. Additionally, I appreciated the gated property with codes required for both parking and stairwell access. It provided an extra sense of security.

There were a few things that could use some improvement. the TV was a bit difficult to figure out, and it would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to properly use the cable.
