The hotel had a cozy feel with friendly staff. The room was stylish but lacked some modern comforts. Convenient location near the Riverwalk. Parking was a bit pricey, but the historic charm made up for it. A pleasant stay with minor inconveniences.

The views of the Tower of America from the terrace were absolutely breathtaking, providing a nice quiet place to sit and plan my day, as well as a relaxing spot to wind down at night. The city view was stunning, especially during sunset. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel does not have direct access to the Riverwalk despite its name, and the balcony overlooks a parking lot rather than a more scenic area.

I keep returning for the exceptional service and comfortable amenities. Last time, the staff helped me find my lost car keys. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage. I'm coming back for a city trip.

The Riverwalk, with its sick boat tours and dope restaurants, was just moments from our front door. Plus, the Alamo Dome was super close for epic events.

It would be even better if there was a rad rooftop party area for us young peeps to hang out and have a blast at night!

We recently stayed at the O'Brien Riverwalk Boutique and had a fantastic experience. Our purpose was to explore the historical districts and enjoy the local food and drinks. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the traditional Riverwalk, the King William Historical District, and the Southtown District. We loved being able to walk to charming shops, galleries, and kid- and dog-friendly restaurants, breweries, and brewpubs. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the wall-mounted dispensers for toiletries. Additionally, the hotel offered a convenient parking option just across the street. a great choice for a stay in San Antonio.

I keep coming back for their amazing service. The staff gave me great taxi tips on my first stay. The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen TV. I can't wait to visit again for Easter!

The location was fabulous, with the River Walk and the Alamo just moments from our front door. The hotel's kid-friendly atmosphere made our children feel right at home.

My wife says that a bigger variety of children's breakfast options would have been great.

The staff here is incredible. During my stay, I had a really funny situation where I asked the receptionist for a recommendation for dinner, and he gave me a list of options longer than a child's Christmas list. His enthusiasm and willingness to help made my day!

This hidden gem in downtown offers spacious rooms with balconies and a relaxing skyline view. The staff is superb, and the snack bar with drinks and snacks is a big plus. Located in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks from the Riverwalk and tourist center. The hotel feels safe with friendly staff always present. Rooms are clean with great air controls, and the Smart TV adds convenience.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

Located just steps away from the Riverwalk, we found ourselves conveniently close to attractions, like the Villita arts district. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was satisfactory with various options to choose from.

The elevator was out of service during our stay, which was an inconvenience when carrying our luggage upstairs.

This hotel is a great value for money! The rooms with the balcony are lovely, and the huge jacuzzi tub in the bathroom is a great addition. The hotel pays attention to detail with all the fancy furnishings, and the small coffee maker in the room is a nice touch. Breakfast offered including waffles in the shape of Texas was very nice and good for 2 coffees to drink.
