I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Sevierville for a few days. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to all the attractions on the main strip. They even accommodated our parking needs for our trailer. The beds were so comfortable, I wished I could take one home with me!

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stay in Pigeon Forge a couple times a year and look for a reasonable but still nice hotel for us and our young child. The location is in the middle of everything!! Outlets right across the street! The beds were so comfy and room was nice and clean. Our favorite part was our balcony overlooking the horses and zip lines. My daughter had a blast watching everyone zip by. Indoor pool was lovely and heated. Couldn't have had a better time. Our only regret is that we stayed one night. We will be back to this hotel for sure! Glad we have finally found our reliable spot!! Can't wait to visit the outdoor pool when it warms up! You won't be disappointed here.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near popular restaurants and shops, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-designed, providing ample space for all of us. Additionally, the small balcony at the back of the room was a nice touch, allowing us to people watch and enjoy some fresh air.

While there were a few minor issues with the room, such as worn furniture and a low-placed shower head, they did not significantly impact our stay. The only major inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom.

The staff members at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to many attractions and shopping areas. Additionally, we really enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was a fun option for the kids.

The beds were as hard as a rock, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.

Comfortable beds, friendly employees, great location near attractions and shopping, loved the pool and waterslide.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sevierville for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with the outlet mall within walking distance and Dave and Busters right next door. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and even found discount coupons for Dave and Busters at the hotel. Our room on the top floor was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a cozy fireplace. The hotel also provided free parking passes for Downtown Gatlinburg, which was a nice perk. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of amenities like vending machines and a balcony with a view of horse stables. it was a great stay.

We loved the indoor and outdoor hallway rooms, especially the one facing the back with a view of the riding stable. The kids enjoyed seeing the horses and the log style furniture was a cool touch. The beds were more comfortable than many other hotels, including a Hilton. The daytime front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location on the main drag made it convenient for all the activities and places we wanted to visit. The swimming area was great for our kids to enjoy. it was a perfect and quiet stay.

We felt very welcome and had no complaints.

Great location, spacious and clean room with pull-out bed, free arcade games on each floor for kids, indoor pool available. excellent room size, cleanliness, and amenities. Will definitely stay again.

Great location for those taking off early. Nasty room with stained bedding and dirty floor - had to clean ourselves. Pool area nice. Staff not friendly. Fenced-in dog areas and private balcony are great. Nice flooring.

We loved the family-friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and the huge whirlpool tub. The pool, although a bit cold, was a hit with the kids. The arcade-style game room kept them entertained, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area. Being able to watch the zip liners from the balcony was an added bonus.
