Despite the building being a bit old on the outside, the spaciousness of the rooms and the super huge double beds made up for it. The fully equipped kitchen was also a great addition, allowing us to prepare meals during our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the metro conveniently located on the premises and everything we needed close by.

All was fine and there was nothing major that needed improvement.

The apartment at Oakwood Crystal City was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and nearby shops. The staff, particularly Angelika and Gabriela, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the Metro and nearby shops and restaurants. the walkway through the neighboring hotel to the Metro was a great feature, especially when the weather was bad. Having free Wifi and parking was also a big plus, as nearby hotels charged hefty fees for these services.

The apartment was spacious and had plenty of natural light. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary cookware. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to underground shopping and a metro station from the lobby. the convenience of these amenities made our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to our experience. we were surprised to find out upon arrival that there was an extra daily parking fee for using the garage.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making it feel like a home away from home.

One small improvement could be the breakfast options, as there is no on-site restaurant. However, there is the option to go to the nearby Marriott for breakfast.
