Compared to my previous stays, I had a positive experience at this hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our check-in and stay pleasant. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beachfront and Santa Monica Pier, allowing for easy access to ocean views and fun attractions. the room was tidy, and housekeeping did a great job in maintaining cleanliness. the comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay.

There were a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. the room could benefit from some updates, like addressing stained bed sheets and curtains, as well as cleaning any visible stains on walls and faucets.

With a convenient location near the beach, our children had a great time exploring the nearby attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and the cozy rooms made us feel right at home. We especially loved the courtyard where the kids could play safely.

My wife says that brighter lighting would have been ideal for families with children.

I always return for great service. Staff helped with town info on my first stay. Place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, flat-screen TV. I enjoy VIP check-in/out. No pets or smoking allowed. Coming back for Xmas!

We hit up Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach like kings. the staff was chill, location was prime, and we vibed hard in our rooms after hitting up some rad spots nearby.

Just one thing - would've been lit if there was a cool rooftop hangout spot to chill and vibe with other party people like us!

Nothing not to love

Located near the beach, my room at this inn was clean, had a nice shower, and a comfy bed. Even with some noise and parking challenges, the value and friendliness of the staff made my stay enjoyable. a decent choice.
