This place has a laid-back, family-oriented atmosphere with great beach and pool access. Nice touches like providing towels for both the kitchen and bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer are exceptionally convenient for families. The sandbar right off the beach is a definite highlight, and the presence of an alligator in the pond area adds a unique experience. The daily encounters with marsh rabbits, geckos, and tiny frogs are very cool.

The location of the hotel is great, just steps away from the beach. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean right from your room. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay.

There were some issues with the amenities. The bathroom fixtures need updating and the vanity was falling apart.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Ocean's Reach. The condo complex is like a home away from home, with friendly and helpful management available 7 days a week. The units are well-maintained and the beach is just steps away. I loved having the option to rent beach towels and have umbrellas and bicycles delivered. The amenities such as the outdoor grills, pool, and tennis court were great additions. I highly recommend Ocean's Reach for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Our stay at Ocean's Reach was absolutely fantastic! I couldn't believe how close we were to the beach and the stunning views from our balcony were breathtaking. The condo was clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. We loved having access to the pool and the convenience of renting bikes and umbrellas. The natural environment was respected and we enjoyed grilling and picnicking in "The Grove". The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful beach getaway!

The proximity to the Gulf is unbeatable, just a few steps away, and the abundance of beautiful shells makes for a memorable experience. The attention to detail is evident with the option to choose specific units and the availability of onsite management for any assistance or recommendations. The basic amenities, such as assigned covered parking, shopping carts, and small washer/dryers in each unit, add convenience to the stay.

The location of the beach was fabulous. The hotel facilities included chairs, umbrellas, and basic necessities for beach enjoyment. The carport area and storage shed for beach items were convenient. The hotel provided a lot of information at the front desk and the ability to print off boarding tickets was helpful. The pricing for our stay was spot on, especially since it was at the end of the low season. It felt like we had the place to ourselves.
