We had an amazing stay at this hotel that is right on the beach in the charming area of Sunset Beach. The hotel was conveniently located in central Sunset Beach on the beach side, plus there were several great restaurants within walking distance. The service was exceptional with everything we needed such as room service, housekeeping, and laundry available, as well as tours and ticket assistance. The room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, sitting area, and garden furniture. The staff were excellent, both in advance when we called to make a special request and on check-in and check-out, where the woman who was doubling as helping the maids gave great service.

We absolutely recommend this place to family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The location was perfect, right in central Sunset Beach and just a short walk away from the beautiful beach and surrounding areas. We loved being able to easily explore all that this city has to offer. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with modern decor and comfortable furnishings. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a nice flat-screen TV, a bathroom, a fridge, a coffee maker. We also appreciated the complimentary fresh coffee and breakfast in the kitchen, which saved us time and money. Lastly, the parking was a definite plus, allowing us to conveniently come and go as we pleased.

I stayed at Ocean Surf Inn for a conference and loved its location just steps from the beach. The nearby parking garage was convenient, and the beachy feel of the hotel was refreshing. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The rooftop lounge chairs were a great touch and offered a lovely view of the ocean. The manager, Sean, was friendly and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Southern California.

Nothing, everything was great.

We loved how close this hotel was to the beach, just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were great, with a rooftop patio where we could see the ocean. The room was clean and spacious, with a coffee pot, microwave, and fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location was convenient, as it was easy to get to from Long Beach airport and close to everything along Pacific Coast Highway.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator and microwave in the room. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our beach vacation. It was just a short walk to the beach entrance, and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered beach chairs and boards for guests to borrow.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the Wi-Fi was not working for us, which was a bit frustrating.

Great location for the beach, it was only a short walk. Two complementary factors that we really enjoyed were free beach towels and beach toy use. There were also plenty of restaurants and fun things around the inn.

The hotel needs upgrading, as some areas are rundown. Although the room was clean, the bathrooms had some stains and chipped paint.
