We loved the location - in the heart of all our favorite things to do. The on-site staff were wonderful to us. The bed was comfortable and the set up was great. Large TV in the family area. Amazing view from the balcony. Washer and dryer were a great help. The pool deck was amazing - with multiple pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. Entry right to the Ocean Walk shoppes was a great bonus. Directly across the street from one of our favorite diners.

We recently stayed at a condo in the heart of Daytona for 4 nights. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and a favorite diner right across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the condo itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with a large TV and amazing views from the balcony. The pools deck was a standout feature, with multiple pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, and a kiddie play area. We also loved having direct access to the nearby shops, and the property provided plenty of photo ops.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing view, spacious setup.

The view from the 18th floor was beautiful. Great location near the pier. Impressive hospitality and accommodations. Unit was available on arrival day. Planning a return trip.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a fantastic Easter weekend getaway at a beachfront resort in Daytona Beach. the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby, and the view of the beach from my room was breathtaking. the resort had amazing amenities, including a delicious breakfast, a lazy river, and multiple pools. It was so much fun spending my days lounging by the pool and enjoying the poolside atmosphere. Plus, the game room provided great entertainment when it was open. I had a blast during my stay.

There were a few downsides to my stay. I was disappointed that there weren't enough blankets in the room for my family.

My stay at the 16th Floor 1 Bedroom Resort Condo was exceptional! The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning ocean views. The room exceeded my expectations, it was immaculate and well-furnished. I felt right at home, especially with the Florida Keys themed decor. The owner was very nice and promptly fixed a small situation we had. I highly recommend this resort condo for a fantastic beach getaway.

Being able to see the ocean from the 16th floor was absolutely fantastic. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently close to everything, with lots of attractions and activities within walking distance. And let's not forget about the clean beach, which was just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to be able to step right onto the beach whenever we wanted.

The room exceeded my expectations, with a beautiful ocean view and a well-furnished interior. the owner was friendly and quick to address any issues that arose during my stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to various attractions and a range of activities within walking distance. my Christmas experience was truly enjoyable and memorable.

One minor inconvenience was the presence of a housekeeping cart in my room upon check-in, which took some time to be resolved. Additionally, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there was still dirty laundry left in the washer and dryer from a previous guest.
