Almost perfect.

Our stay at the oceanfront cottage was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect - just steps away from a secluded beach. The cottage itself had everything we needed and the hosts even left us some local beers. They were great with communication and made us feel welcome. The cottage offered a serene escape from city life and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the frogs at night. I highly recommend this place for a true island vacation.

The cottage had an amazing location, just across the street from a beautiful secluded beach. the hosts were very communicative and even left us some local beers as a welcome gift.

There were a few issues that made our stay less enjoyable. getting down to the beach was quite difficult as there was a steep hill to hike down.

Loved the stunning ocean view right across the road from an amazing black sand beach. the bright and comfortable yellow cottage was the perfect island getaway, equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, and even a washer and dryer. the location was great, with a nearby farmers market and charming town just a few miles away.

The mattress and pillows could use an upgrade for a better night's sleep. Also, a complete set of dishes and cutlery would have been helpful.

This little gem of a hotel exceeded our expectations! The value for money was exceptional, and the room itself was comfortable, bright, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right across from the beach, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. We felt like we were truly experiencing the island life.

The cottage was comfortable and felt like home, with all the essentials available in the shared kitchen space. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, and waking up to the sounds and sight of the ocean was truly magical. The hosts were helpful, providing us with useful information both before and during our stay.

We really got great value for our money with this cottage. The room was comfortable and bright, and we had a perfect view of the ocean from our porch. The location was peaceful and remote, just what we were looking for. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay even better. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront cottage. The setting was absolutely stunning, surrounded by palm trees and just across the road from the beach. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great porch overlooking the ocean. We especially appreciated the air conditioner, which kept us cool during our stay. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive, quickly answering any questions we had. The location was perfect for us, as it was remote and quiet, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii. We also loved the proximity to Pahoa, a charming town with great restaurants and a market. we had everything we needed to have a fantastic island vacation.
