The overall property is in dire need of maintenance!!! Many rooms carry a musty smell, and some restrooms could use extra cleaning!!! Teepees need closing gaps fixed, and I wouldn’t call them cozy just yet!!!

Consider arriving early to enjoy the outdoor dining area and try the vegetarian nachos. they are surprisingly delicious for a roadside stop!

Chur, the teepee was a unique experience with stunning views of the Sierra Nevadas, but the showers were a bit dodgy, only one worked. Sweet as staff though!

Blimey, the views were a right treat! The majestic Sierra Nevada mountains were just gorgeous. But crikey, that noisy road near the teepee made it tough to catch some z's. Would deffo come back for the scenery, though!

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, most windows lacked screens, making it hard to enjoy fresh air!!! Restrooms could benefit from more frequent cleaning and toilet paper replenishment. Some facilities seem to be falling behind standards!!!

the teepee was a cute idea, but no headboards made for an absolutely uncomfortable night. housekeeping was loud and barged in without knocking—what’s next, a personal invitation? I really expected some kind of upgrade after that fiasco but I suppose I’m just a regular guest here. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

The RV sites are spacious and well-maintained, with breathtaking Sierra Nevada views. Our stay was cozy and memorable!

I keep returning because this place suits me perfectly! The free parking, outdoor dining area, and seasonal pool are great. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with my bags! Highly recommend trying the restaurant as it adds to the experience. I'm coming back for a city trip!

Staying in one of the rustic teepees was a memorable experience, complete with a ceiling fan and cozy rocking chair. The restaurant's homemade meals were just what we needed after a long drive. The grounds provided beautiful desert and mountain views, but the restrooms could definitely use some cleaning and maintenance attention.

during my stay, I loved how close we were to the Owens River, just a little over 3 km away, which was perfect for a scenic stroll, plus, the Fossil Falls Campgrounds recreation site was only about 500 meters from the hotel, making it super easy to explore the unique landscapes the area has to offer.

We pulled in after a long ride through the desert, and what a relief it was to find a cozy place to crash. The manager made us feel right at home, served us a fantastic breakfast that really hit the spot. The vibe was raw and real, giving us just what we needed after a grueling day on the road.

Wi-Fi was spotty, but staff was super friendly and hot showers felt like luxury.
