We were on a family vacation and stayed for a week. The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. We even got a courtesy call that our room was ready early. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and we loved the pool. The noise from outside was minimal, allowing us to relax and unwind. We can't wait to stay here again!

We recently stayed at a beautiful condo in New Braunfels for our family vacation. The condo at Old Mill Resort had a great layout with a spacious kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and living area. The large windows spanning the front of the apartment let in plenty of sunlight, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The beds were amazingly comfortable, making us feel like we were in a cozy Colorado mountain home. The on-site event center also caught our attention, making it an ideal location for various occasions. The staff at the resort were genuinely friendly and dedicated to ensuring our comfort throughout our long journey from Arkansas. The convenient location, less than a mile from downtown Gruene, allowed us to easily explore the area on foot, visiting attractions like Gruene Hall and downtown shopping. The property itself was immaculate, being only a year old, and had a lovely outdoor space with tables and lawn games.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as it was less than a mile away from downtown and we could easily walk to all the shops and attractions. The property was spotless and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful on-site management. Our unit had three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The full size kitchen, dining area, and living room provided ample space for our group of three couples. We were also impressed by the full size washer/dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. The outdoor space with tables and lawn games was a pleasant addition. this place greatly exceeded our expectations!

The windows let in lots of sunlight, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The beds were amazingly comfortable, with extra pillows for added comfort. The location was perfect, and we even saw deer and a bobcat by the pool in the evening. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a washing machine, and a dryer. The staff was fantastic, with Bev keeping us updated and addressing any issues promptly. We can't wait to stay here again!

We did encounter a minor issue with the coffee maker not working, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. The resort is brand new and we can't wait to come back when the pool is completed. The only suggestion we have is to provide a shuttle service to the river and Historic Gruene, as parking can be difficult during peak season. Despite this, we highly recommend Old Mill Resort for a wonderful stay. we had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

The checkout time was too early, especially after attending a concert the night before. It was difficult getting 4 adults up and out the door by 10:00am.
