The value for the money we paid was great and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was beautiful and offered many outdoor activities. The staff treated us exceptionally well, being friendly, responsive, and professional.

The breakfast experience could be improved by adding some healthier options like oatmeal and fruit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect for all the activities on the resort. Whether we wanted to go on nature walks starting from the property or take the shuttle service to find dining options, everything was so convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel itself had a charming aesthetic and the room was of high quality, providing enhanced comfort. We also enjoyed the great breakfast restaurant on-site. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

Even in the rain, our stay at the resort was beautiful. The stunning lobby in the main building welcomed us, and we enjoyed the various dining options and relaxing with a glass of wine. The cozy and quiet Bretton Arms property was perfect for our stay, and the reliable shuttle service made getting around convenient. We loved the wooded path leading up to the main house, and dining at the Bretton Arms' Dining Room was a delightful experience. we highly recommend this resort.

We recently stayed at Omni Bretton Arms Inn and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The staff, especially Dining Room Supervisor Laurie Howe, were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hidden location of the hotel was perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. We enjoyed the cozy and relaxing atmosphere of the boutique inn. the restaurant had amazing food, especially the broiled halibut. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. the shuttle service was convenient for getting around the resort and exploring the surrounding area.

The restaurant and bar in the main hotel were closed on certain days, which was inconvenient. We were initially told there would be no breakfast, but it ended up being available.

We had a fantastic stay at Omni Bretton Arms Inn! The staff went out of their way to accommodate our request for a private dinner in one of the common rooms. Our room was clean and comfortable, and they even provided dog bowls and biscuits for our furry friends. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location in the White Mountains with fresh snow made for a perfect snowmobile day. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway.

This hotel was a hidden gem nestled in a beautiful location. the rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the restaurant served delicious food and had a cozy atmosphere. the staff was very friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the amenities offered, such as the walking tour guide and the shuttle service.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the main dining room for breakfast was just fair, but we found the staff at Stickney's to be the friendliest.

The room is clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. Additionally, the breakfast options are delicious and provide the energy needed for a day of outdoor activities.

The noise from the corridors and other rooms can be quite intrusive, making it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

I must say that the room decoration was cute and cozy. the view was also breathtaking, perfect for nature lovers. the complimentary toiletries and parking were a plus.

Thanksgiving weekend was awful, I couldn't sleep because of the noises, and the walls were too thin. the worst part was when we requested some extra blankets and pillows, they never arrived!
