The bed was incredibly comfy, offering a restful night's sleep. The room itself was clean and modern. the AC did not cool effectively, which was disappointing. Noise level was surprisingly low, allowing for a peaceful stay. I missed having lotion and adequate shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. Water availability was frustrating; the ice machine was out and I couldn’t easily find water in the hotel. While the staff was friendly, the morning interruptions from cleaning staff were bothersome. The views were nice, but there were several areas needing improvement for a truly comfortable experience.

The views from the riverfront rooms are stunning. The restaurant serves top-notch food and the staff is dedicated and friendly.

The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home! My room was so quiet, the bed was a dream, and I loved the stunning views of the river. Despite the rain, it was the perfect cozy spot to relax and get my work done!

Spacious, comfortable corner king room with great linens. The mini fridge was a thoughtful touch. Ideal location across from the TU Center. Staff, particularly Susan at check-in, were friendly and informative. check-in was delayed until 4:30 PM, leaving us frustrated on a busy concert night. Maintenance issues and a lack of cleanliness in the room seriously marred the experience. Dirty carpets and limited restaurant hours left us wanting more. Valet service needs improvement; waiting 20 minutes for a car is excessive for a hotel of this size. While some staff are exceptional, the facility falls short on cleanliness and organization.

Perfectly positioned near attractions and vibrant downtown Jacksonville!

I had an amazing time walking around downtown Jacksonville with all its incredible sights and attractions practically just a few steps away—like the Museum of Contemporary Art just under a kilometer away, Treaty Oak Park a little over a kilometer, and the lovely friendship fountain within easy reach; the beautiful view of the St Johns River from the hotel just added to the experience, making it easy to enjoy everything while soaking in the city's atmosphere, plus the room was spacious and comfy, but I did wish the restaurant had extended hours.

Great spot for a solo stay! The staff was friendly and quick to help, especially at the bar when I needed a drink.

It cost a pretty penny, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel offers a delightful experience with great food, pampering spa treatments, and beautiful sunrise views from the patio.

Completely flawless.

Right across from the concert venue, the location was ideal, but that’s where the comfort ended. The hotel restaurant was fully booked, leaving us with only hot dogs from the venue. Parking was chaotic; only one valet for countless guests led to long waits. A rude valet manager didn’t help. The room felt outdated, windows dirty, and basic amenities like water and working ice machines were lacking. the riverside views were stunning, and I appreciated the attentive staff, especially one hardworking waitress. Disappointing overall, especially for the price paid.

I had a terrible stay! I returned from a concert to find no water, despite needing a shower. The cleaning staff barged in on me. Plus, the noisy toilet and parking hassles made the whole experience frustrating.
