My recent stay at this hotel was superb! the staff was absolutely fantastic - friendly, efficient, and accommodating. the restaurant served delicious breakfast with very friendly staff. the location was great, walking distance to many beautiful tourist spots. the bed was super comfy and the room service was top-notch. Overall, the experience was way better than my previous stays elsewhere.

One thing that could be improved is the parking situation - it would be nice if guests didn't have to pay for parking. the hotel could benefit from some updates to modernize the decor and amenities to match its full potential.

Concierge arranged a romantic champagne surprise. The resort buzzed with top chefs facing off in a culinary showdown. Enjoyed tennis under live oaks and soaked in the spa. Wrapping up with beach shop souvenirs and a cocktail list that wowed with local ingredients. Beach views and family fun on cheerful Amelia Island. Spectacular!

During my transit in Jacksonville, I found the convenience of Marriott Jacksonville Downtown to be top-notch. The hotel's location, a mere 0.9 km from the Union and 25 km from Jacksonville International, made it an ideal stopover for my journey. the double rooms with iron, refrigerator, and excellent views provided a comfortable and pleasant stay.

My experience at Marriott Jacksonville Downtown was marred by the lack of a backup plan for their computer system shutdown. This led to a significant delay in check-in, causing inconvenience and frustration.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the breakfast at Jbar was delicious, better than the photos! Would choose it again.

During my recent business trip, my director chose the Marriott Jacksonville Downtown for our stay. I must say, I was impressed with the adult-only infinity edge pool. It provided the ideal setting for me to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings. The tranquility and exclusivity of the pool area made for a truly pleasant experience. Additionally, the Heath & Fitness Center's certified professional trainers were highly knowledgeable and experienced. They were readily available to assist me with my fitness needs, ensuring that I could maintain my workout routine while away from home. The Health & Fitness Center at Racquet Park was fully equipped with state-of-the-art machines and an indoor lap pool. This allowed me to continue my regular exercise regimen, and the modern facilities certainly enhanced my stay.

The bar and restaurant were top-notch with friendly staff, delicious food, and drinks, and a convenient location near Jacksonville Landing and Metro park for ROCKVILLE! Ms. Venus at the reception was amazing, recommending the best spots and greeting us with a warm smile - definitely a gem! The hotel was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, but the tub had a minor issue; however. ⭐️

The bed and pillows at Marriott were heavenly, providing a serene sleep. the hotel's location was ideal for reaching my destination efficiently, and the room boasted a pleasant view. the cleanliness and comfort of the room truly enhanced my stay.

the room at marriott was clean and comfy - with a great river view. the location was amazing - just a short walk from jacksonville landing. loved walking to local restaurants. the staff was great - especially the receptionist who really helped with my reservation.

we had a wonderful stay at marriott, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us with early check-in. the bed was always comfortable. the property was pretty, close to the water and trail for a great morning walk. the staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. valet service was excellent. an extraordinary stay worth the price.
