I recently stayed at the Omni hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to the BART station, Chinatown, and Union Square. The staff was responsive and helpful, delivering a fridge to our room upon request and providing useful city information. a great experience at a luxury hotel.

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was the perfect choice. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. The beds were comfy, the room was quiet, and everything felt very nice. We definitely recommend this place! They were great.

They upgraded our room and made us feel like VIPs. the location was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and polite. the room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the free WiFi that was included when we registered for their loyalty program. it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The spacious and comfortable California suite exceeded my expectations, especially the incredibly comfortable bed and the lovely bathroom. The hotel's location was excellent, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. Additionally, the staff, from the housekeepers to the front desk clerks, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's proximity to public transportation made it easy to get around this city and explore all the sightseeing areas.

The lobby of this hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright, with tall ceilings in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was good.

On the negative side, the tub in the bathroom took a long time to drain after taking a shower. When we called for more towels, it took a frustratingly long time for them to be delivered.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location that allowed us to easily explore San Francisco's famous attractions on two wheels. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the comfortable rooms had ample lighting, making it easy to relax after a long day of cycling. The bathroom was a highlight, with a fantastic shower that felt like a refreshing massage. The hotel's beautiful lobby, filled with stunning flowers, added to the overall luxury experience.

We felt safe throughout our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Convenient location on cable car route, making exploring the city easy. Attentive service including accommodating early check-in. A wonderful stay overall.

The hotel's prime location allows walking distance access to the waterfront and downtown. The financial district setting provides a secure environment and boasts lovely restaurants such as the Tadich Grill. Offering great service, a quiet room with excellent toiletries, and a comfortable bathroom enhances guests' experience. Besides, the staff is warm and accommodating, and the doorman helped guests take tourist pictures. The flavored water and colorful 4th of July cookies are lovely interruptions.

The hotel felt overpriced and had questionable charging policies for minbar consumption and billing discrepancies for parking fees.

Stunning historic building, grand and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Nice, quiet room with comfy bed. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Accessible for downtown and Chinatown.
