The Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh was stunning and impeccably clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating, especially at the front desk. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Pittsburgh, and the hotel's historic significance was evident in its beautiful architecture and antique furnishings. The automated floor lighting in the room added a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Omni in a beautiful room with a full bathroom and a half. The facility is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The Terrace Room served an excellent New Year's Eve meal, and the staff was accommodating when we ordered drinks from the bar. The hotel's safety measures, such as using the room key to access the elevator, provided peace of mind. The dark curtains ensured a peaceful sleep, and I appreciated the option to purchase breakfast in the neighborhood and enjoy it in the lobby.

I recently stayed at Omni and I was blown away by its excellent location and the friendly valet service. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to local attractions and the valet staff were incredibly helpful in recommending places to visit. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the cracks in the molding and the dirty bathroom, I would still recommend this hotel for its prime location and welcoming valet service. I had a pleasant stay at Omni and would consider staying here again.

Great location near a variety of food and beverage options, including Brueggers and Einstein's. The staff, especially the concierge, were very helpful. I enjoyed exploring the city by foot.

The check-in process was confusing and seemed inefficient. The room temperature was too warm and the cooling system struggled during the night.

And let's not forget about the delicious food - we didn't have a single complaint. We can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel!
