I always return for the Easter break. the staff kindly assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, Jacuzzi, and Air conditioning. It suits me perfectly for a hassle-free stay.

Our stay was fantastic at this cozy place! We were there for the 4th of July weekend and had a lovely time. the room had a fully stocked kitchen and two TVs, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. the balcony offered stunning views of the mountains and the nearby lake. The staff, especially Gretchen, were helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

Everything at One Lakeside was fantastic: beautiful, spacious, and clean apartment with a stunning view. the staff was accommodating and super helpful. the secure parking garage with electric charging was convenient. Short walk to restaurants and a nearby park. the 4th-floor dog area was a nice touch. Well-stocked kitchen and a special deal made our stay even more affordable.

Parking garage is small. Limited spots, with some guests not parking considerately.

Great value for the money with a luxurious apartment feel, exceptional staff, and a secure, clean environment. Location was convenient and welcoming staff made us feel at home.

The breakfast menu could use improvement.

Fully stocked kitchen, two TVs, fluffy pillows, big bathtub, mountain and lake view. Cons: Felt very well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

The location was superb, right beside the lake in walking distance to restaurants and the park. the hotel facilities were top-notch, and cleanliness was exceptional. the staff, especially Gretchen and Sarah, were incredibly helpful.

Had a lovely Christmas stay; spacious unit with a beautiful water view, situated perfectly downtown. Allowed our furry friend to join us, which was a big plus for the holiday.

Disappointed by the additional charges for using the amenities; couldn't enjoy the gym due to poor soundproofing.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with fantastic views of the lake from the balcony. The apartment layout was lovely, and the staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, the well-maintained property and nearby park were great features.
