During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were well-kept and tidy, providing a comfortable space to relax. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was situated on the main street, making it convenient to explore the charming town of Ouray. We also enjoyed the fact that there were coffee and tea amenities in the rooms, allowing us to enjoy a warm beverage during our stay.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the lack of a proper hotel breakfast. Although there were some basic breakfast items provided, such as oatmeal pots and breakfast biscuits, we had expected a more substantial meal to be included.

Spent a lovely Christmas weekend at a cozy inn in a picturesque town. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the inn was perfect, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Enjoyed sipping hot chocolate by the fireplace in the lobby and taking walks to admire the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

They were not very helpful when it came to parking options for our trailer. It seemed like they made assumptions based on personal preferences rather than providing good customer service.
