I recently stayed at this charming lakeside inn for a weekend getaway. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the fishing on the lake was fantastic. The lake itself is large enough to find a peaceful spot to fish alone. The view of the lake from the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The parking is convenient and the hotel offers easy access to the nearby gas station, package store, bait & tackle shop, and local restaurant. The internet service was reliable and the shower pressure was great.

They were knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. the hotel also had a nice pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful setting with a lake view, making it a peaceful and scenic place to stay.

The beds in the hotel were uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the coffee and breakfast options were also disappointing, as the coffee was not good and the breakfast offerings were limited.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning lake views and the cozy atmosphere. the location was ideal, as it was close to Voyageurs National Park, allowing us to easily access the park and explore its beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a private deck where we could enjoy the scenic views of the lake.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the amenities, such as the restaurant and bar, were closed during our visit, which was disappointing.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had running water and a nice pool and hot tub, which was a relief after a long day. the fact that they offered a paddle boat for guests to use was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel had a nice dock with a bench at the end, providing a great spot to enjoy the views of the lake.

The staff at the hotel seemed not to be attentive to the needs of the guests. Our reservation was messed up upon arrival, and they did not seem to care.

The pool and hot tub were a nice treat during our stay at Oveson's. The beautiful setting added to the relaxing atmosphere. Despite some drawbacks like uncomfortable beds and subpar breakfast, our overall experience was pleasant. We would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located only a short drive from popular attractions and had a scenic view. the fact that the hotel offered a free continental breakfast was also a plus and it helped me to save some money. the indoor pool was well-maintained and added a little something extra to the trip.

The hotel rooms were a little outdated and could use some renovations. the price could have been more affordable for the quality of the rooms as well.
