i stayed here with such high hopes, but alas, my room was directly across from the noisy elevator, and the ice machine never stopped clanging. not to mention, i expected a nice room upgrade due to my incredible taste, yet no such luck. clearly, this hotel doesn’t value certain guests who deserve better treatment.

Staff were super friendly, but those outside doors slammed heaps, waking us up too early each morning. Snacks at happy hour were a nice touch, though!

I had a wonderful stay at Oxford Suites Chico. The staff were attentive, providing excellent customer service, especially when they offered us complimentary beverages at check-in. The breakfast included delicious potatoes that were a real treat, and the outdoor area with a fire pit was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our room was clean and comfortable, making it easy to unwind.

A bit run down but livable.

Had a grand night there! The room was pure comfort and dead handy for our little family. The complimentary brekkie could do with a bit more flavor, but the staff were mighty helpful. Would defo come back!

The hallways could use an air freshener to mask unpleasant odors!!! The thin walls made it hard to ignore neighbors and footsteps!!! Major issues with inconsistent hot water in the older building!!!

The executive king suite was spacious with a comfortable bed. Loved the microwave and refrigerator for snacks. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax, and the fitness center had everything I needed. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices including sweet options. Plus, the evening reception with complimentary drinks was awesome!

The staff were super friendly and made everything easy, from check-in to arranging a free shuttle to the brewery. Super clean vibes and restaurants just across the street! 🍔

Everything was spot-on.

stayed at oxford for a family wedding, and it was a great experience! the king suite was spacious, and the mini suite's separate living room came in handy. loved the complimentary breakfast and dinner. having two ev charging stations was a huge plus, but they were both occupied by evening. the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Our stay at Oxford Suites was delightful! The cozy beds and friendly staff made us feel right at home. We loved the happy hour by the pool with complimentary drinks and appetizers—definitely more than just snacks! A great way to unwind after exploring Chico.

It was just a great match for a brief sojourn in Chico with good value. The bed in the executive suite was super comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. If you have kids, the sliding door feature for privacy is a real bonus.

The beds were comfy and the staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our family had everything we needed and went above and beyond. Can't wait to return!
