This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage for all our belongings. Secondly, the complimentary breakfast was a real treat, with a variety of fresh and cooked options to choose from. Lastly, the staff were exceptional, particularly Johnny at the Bistro who provided outstanding service and made our dining experience memorable.

No major issues, everything was smooth and hassle-free during our stay.

The surrounding area was beautiful, with a residential and golf community. The room had a modern and up-to-date decorative atmosphere. The hotel provided a good breakfast with fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, and juices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the bar had a nice outside area to sit. The pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center were enjoyable.

Great location to enjoy the Santa Rosa area with close proximity to the casino and a variety of restaurants. The hotel is also convenient to the Weill concert hall. Rooms are comfortable with spacious, clean bathrooms and modern decor. Enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of choices. The horse and carriage and happy hour in the lobby are lovely touches.

Some guests have reported issues with requested late check-outs and extra pillows not being addressed.

As backpackers, we loved the large comfortable rooms with plenty of storage. The bathroom was huge with a tucked away toilet. The beds were very comfortable, and there were blackout shades, perfect for sleeping in. The breakfast had fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, and juices which were great for a quick start to the day. The coffee and cooked items were delicious, though the sausage was not the best. The bar had a nice atmosphere, and we enjoyed sitting in the small outside area. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition, although they could get crowded quickly. The fitness center was small but nice, and going at off hours was not a problem. The facility overall was fresh and clean, and the staff was welcoming. The location was perfect for us, with walking distance to the nearby Graton Resort.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Toothbrush was provided free-of-charge. Staff is friendly. Convenient location. WIFI could be faster.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. the rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always polite and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, as it was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants, allowing us to explore the area easily.

The worst aspect of our stay was the slow drainage in the bathroom sink. It was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience.

The complimentary buffet breakfast and afternoon wine were also a nice touch. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only minor drawbacks were the slightly unclean bathroom and the long wait time for the elevator. However, these issues did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The complimentary welcome drinks and food on arrival were a nice touch after a long journey. the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with hot and fresh food prepared by attentive chefs. the location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants and big box stores nearby. Plus, it was close to the expressway for easy access.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. One elevator was out of service during my stay, causing inconvenience for guests.

Staying here was a great experience! I loved how convenient it was to get to the airport with the shuttle service provided all day. He was professional, hardworking, and courteous, despite handling much of the Bistro on his own. We felt truly cared for at this gem of a hotel.
