This place has an excellent location, it's very convenient for visiting local attractions like the famous park that Disneyland is, and the convention center. Also, this hotel has great room amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, making my stay very comfortable. Plus, the staff was very friendly, and the leisure garden area was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I stayed at Pacific Inn for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The manager, Rick, was incredibly accommodating and even upgraded my room without me asking. The location of the hotel was perfect, with Knott's Berry Farm just a quick bus ride or drive away. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and I loved that they had a microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. I will definitely be staying at Pacific Inn again when I visit the area. Thank you, Rick and the staff, for a wonderful stay!

Can’t fault anything about it.

Got more than expected, bed was super comfortable and staff was nice. They even let me check in early which really helped. Plus, the location was perfect for my business trip, conveniently close to the convention center and restaurants.

The room had a few problems that made me feel unsafe. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work, the microwave and fridge were in the bathroom, and there were cords hanging under the sink which could have been a hazard.
