Our stay at Pacific Monarch was exceptional. We were impressed with the level of accommodation. The staff was friendly and allowed us to use the extra showers after checkout. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is excellent in terms of value for money and attention to detail. Its location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Waikiki beach and surrounded by numerous shops and convenient stores. It is so central to everything we needed, like buses, restaurants, beach, and shops. The basic amenities provided were sufficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. The inclusion of breakfast in the room, which we brought from a nearby supermarket, was a convenient touch and added value to the price of the room.

The only minor aspect that could be improved is the noise level in some rooms, particularly due to old air conditioning units. Otherwise, all was well.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Waikiki, I had the pleasure of experiencing the amazing shuttle service provided by the hotel. The convenience of being able to easily access different malls, sites, and attractions was a big plus. It made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. The shuttle drivers, especially Kaleo Aloha, were absolutely amazing and made the rides so pleasant. I had a fantastic time thanks to the shuttle service at the hotel.

Well-equipped room with comfortable bed, white noise fan, and close proximity to beach, shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. Some street noise but quiets down at night. Rooftop pool with amazing views. No need for a car with easy shuttle and bus access.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Close to shops and with comfortable seating on the floor just below the roof top pool, it was the perfect place to relax. The staff were outstanding and always had a smile, even when there was a line up out the door.

Our family had an amazing stay in this hotel located on a quiet side street, just minutes away from the beach. The swimming beach and Kapoloni park were perfect spots for our kids to play around. The room was clean and well-presented with a modern kitchenette and a spectacular view from the balcony. The rooftop pool was a bonus and we enjoyed seeing the sunset. The staff members were very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioning was quite loud and took a while to cool the room down.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and close to convenient meeting points for tours. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was well-equipped with cooking facilities and the bed was comfortable. Despite being near the elevator, I couldn't hear any noise. the room was updated and pleasant. the street noise was minimal, especially during the weekends. the energy of the area was great, with lots of activities to do.

There were some renovations going on during my stay, but they were not too bothersome and only took place during reasonable hours. the air conditioner was a bit noisy and too close to the bed, but with the help of an overhead fan, it became more manageable.

This hotel is in a great location, just 300m from the beach in Waikiki. It's centrally located, making it easy to explore all the attractions in the area. The rooms are very clean and come with a fully equipped kitchen, which was a great bonus. I also loved the large balcony that provided a shaded spot to relax and enjoy the amazing view. On top of all that, breakfast was included, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
