The breakfast delivered to our room was simply amazing! The fresh fruit and pastries were a delicious start to our day. We were also impressed with the variety of rooms available and enjoyed our cozy and quiet stay. The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring the area.

The Palace Hotel and Bath House Spa offers great value for money. The attention to detail is evident in the vintage furniture and the jacuzzi tubs in the rooms. The hotel's location at the top of the shopping district on Spring Street is ideal for exploring the area. The friendly staff provide excellent service and the breakfast is a nice addition.

The room was beautifully decorated, giving it a charming and cozy atmosphere. We loved the romantic jacuzzi tub in the room, it was perfect for a relaxing and intimate evening. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with stunning views from the second floor. It was a lovely setting for a romantic escape.

We had to climb up 89 steps from the parking area to the front door, which was quite exhausting. It would have been much better if there were closer parking options available, especially for guests who may have physical limitations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and well kept, with beautiful original fixtures and furniture. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect, right in the middle of the downtown area. It was so convenient to have easy walking access to all the shops and great places to eat in this city. The hotel even included extras like chocolate, cheese and crackers, and champagne at no additional cost. The breakfast was served on real china and silver flatware, adding to the charming experience. The hotel also had a relaxing ambiance, with essential oils diffusing in the hallway. And I have to mention the incredibly comfortable king-size bed that made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return on my anniversary and hopefully have the chance to visit the spa.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Ermelios restaurant, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals. Guests can easily access the restaurant in the back down the hill from the Palace parking area. The hotel's proximity to downtown's historic district allows guests to explore the area easily. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and excellent service. The continental breakfast provided is tasty and adds to the convenience of the stay.

Limited parking options may be an inconvenience for some guests.

We recently stayed in a charming historic hotel during Christmas and it was amazing! We loved the complimentary breakfast and the warm and cozy atmosphere of the place. the central location was perfect for exploring the town and all its shops and galleries. We also loved the spacious rooms and the vintage decor.

Our only complaint would be that our room was a bit noisy due to the street traffic, but it was not that big of a deal since we were already so tired from all the sightseeing. we had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and charming place to stay.
