I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, including Aiden, Hector, Jonny, and Abbie. They even surprised me with a small bottle of cold prosecco for my birthday. The design of the hotel was beautiful and unique. I enjoyed cocktails at the hotel bar and there was a nice courtyard where I could sit and have a glass of wine that I ordered from the restaurant. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many shops and comedy clubs.

Noisy neighbors and lack of control over the room temperature.

This hotel is a hidden gem located on the edge of the vibrant Melrose Avenue. The location is simply awesome as it is central to most neighborhoods in LA, with plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, with attention to detail and a wardrobe/closet for all your storage needs. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide friendly and helpful service. Additionally, the breakfast options in the restaurant on the ground floor are excellent and reasonably priced compared to other hotels.

The only minor downside was the lack of temperature controls in the room.

We enjoyed exploring the area and trying out the various restaurants, such as Alfreds, Urth Café, and Tatsu Ramen. The hotel was also conveniently located near transportation options, including bus routes, making it easy for us to get around this city. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking outside from 8 pm to 8 am, which saved us some money. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely fantastic - right in the heart of Melrose, surrounded by interesting shops and sights. It couldn't get any better! Secondly, the rooms have a unique and artistic feel to them. They may be small, but they are well-designed and really cozy. Thirdly, the staff here are top-notch. They were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Lastly, I must mention the restaurant onsite. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely.

Everything is what i need and want.

The interior design was absolutely gorgeous, giving the hotel a stylish and trendy vibe. Additionally, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or questions. the location was also a major plus, situated on a bustling street with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.

There were a few disappointing aspects during my stay. the room temperature was a bit too hot for my liking, and despite informing the front desk multiple times, there was no in-room AC unit to adjust the temperature.

A Pleasant Surprise

We arrived at Pali late at night, tired and ready for a restful stay. The front desk receptionist, Kevin, immediately put us at ease, assuring us that everything would be taken care of regarding parking. And it was! The convenient self-parking garage below the hotel made it easy to access our car whenever we needed.
