I was blown away by the quality and taste of each dish. The variety on the menu was impressive and everything was incredibly delicious. The water slide was a huge hit with the kids and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The ocean view from our room was simply breathtaking and everyone we encountered was incredibly nice. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when we return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect family vacation.

The only drawback was the speed of service on the beach, but with a busy resort, it was to be expected. Other than that, we had no complaints.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The sleek and modern decor added to the overall ambiance. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and breathtaking ocean views. The spacious bathroom, plush towels, and high-end toiletries made me feel pampered. Room service was prompt and offered a great selection of options. For the value, this hotel exceeded my expectations and will definitely be my go-to when visiting Palm Beach.

Despite the perfect stay, there were a couple of drawbacks. The front desk staff was not very helpful and had a rude and unfriendly attitude.

Had the most wonderful stay at the resort. As an experienced traveler, I can confidently say that the services are top-notch. The staff is highly professional and well-trained in customer service. The accommodations were super clean and simply the best with oversized living space, full kitchens, and washer dryer setups. Highly recommend to our closest friends and family.

The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. the pools were fun and the gym was great. the beach was easily accessible which was a plus. Location was perfect and easy to get around. And having a restaurant on the premises was convenient.

The breakfast provided was not good at all, very limited choices and not worth the price. the staff members at the front desk were not helpful or available.

We'd definitely recommend this hotel for a restful, luxurious resort experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach. the rooms were extremely spacious, with large balconies and dining tables. the master bedroom and bathroom were especially impressive. the on-site pools were a great addition and the water slide was perfect for the kids. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

During our one-day stay, there was an issue with the toilet in the room which required maintenance. Unfortunately, this meant that they were in and out of the room for several hours, which was quite disruptive.
